- 來自蘇格蘭的The View，由Kyle Falconer(主唱/吉他手)、Kieren Webster(主唱/貝斯手)、Peter Reilly(吉他手)以及Steven Morrison(鼓手)四位還在高中就讀的死黨，參加校內的才藝比賽後，便不斷透過機會好讓全新創作以及翻唱作品能精彩表現給更多同學們看到，離開校園生活，The View開始在當地俱樂部中表演，既使三位小鬼都尚未滿20歲，但是充滿精力旺盛的舞台演出，加入粗糙Ska-Punk響音，混搭復古氣流交錯進行，贏得獨立界好評不斷，甚至引起美國市場的注意。2006年首支暖身作＜Wasted Little DJs＞，登上英國金榜Top15，入選NME「2006年50首最佳單曲」高居第九名，2007年的NME音樂獎榮獲公開票選最佳單曲。
