- God Seed是挪威卑爾根的挪威黑色金屬樂隊。前Gorgoroth成員Gaahl和國王ov地獄在Gorgoroth名字爭端結束之後於2009年3月採用了這個名字。在執行了幾個演出作為神種子後，主唱Gaahl於2009年7月離開樂隊，並被擱置。國王完成了神種子的第一張專輯的音樂，與主唱沙格拉斯，並釋放它的名義下Ov地獄。 Gaahl於2012年重新加入了神種子（God Seed）。當年1月，他們發行了現場專輯“Live at Wacken”，並於10月份發行了他們的第一張錄音室專輯“I Begin”。
