專輯名稱：Up To Here

Tragically Hip's second album Up In Here was released in 1989 and showed the world what these Canadian Blues influenced Pop rockers were capable of. Driving rhythms, effective riffs, subtle soloing and especially the vocal stretches provided by singer Gordon Downie - his tormented voice implied he had some funny demons toexorcise. His distinctive stage appearance made the band what they are: good humoured, down-to-earth, groovy with a pinch of spirituality. 'The Hip' established themselves as Canada's best musical export product in their subsequent career, 25 years and counting. Standout tracks on Up In Here include 'Boots Or Hearts', 'Blow At High Dough' and '38 Years Old'. Their following album Road Apples [MOVLP808] would prove a smash, too.
